NORTH BRAINERD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Over the years as the neighborhood association President & Board Member, this is what our community was able to accomplish, with the help of Local Leaders and officials.

• Together we applied for and were awarded a $10,000 Gateway Mini Community Grant to landscape and build three new community brick signs that are located as you enter the Hillsboro Heights/Dogwood Drive and Indian Hills & Jeanaga Trail subdivisions and the community sign marker near the levee.

• Together we applied for and were awarded a Sparkle Day Cleanup Grant and used the funds to ' hire' neighborhood children to clean up our subdivision entrances and yard work for our seniors and homebound neighbors.

We still have so much more to do to improve our District 5 Communities, small businesses and our city. It would be my honor to serve and represent you as your District 5 City Councilwoman. I am retired and available to serve you and our city in this position ‘full-time.’ I am asking you to vote for me, hire me for four years and together we can and will make a difference and return our tax dollars back into District 5.
